& Conditions
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ngpms governing all use of the platform, including casino games, sports betting, account management, and financial transactions on ngpms.app.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between ngpms (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the User", or "the Player") who accesses, registers, deposits funds into, or otherwise makes use of the services available at ngpms.app.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ngpms or have had your account previously terminated by ngpms for a breach of these Terms.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds originating from, any third party.
ngpms reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ngpms support will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
3 Account Registration
To access the full range of ngpms services — including real-money wagering, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to supply accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and update this information promptly if any detail changes.
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ngpms platform at any time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. If ngpms determines that a user has registered more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, balances may be forfeited, and the primary account may be permanently suspended.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ngpms strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ngpms will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.3 Account Information Accuracy
All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet number) — must be accurate and match your identity documents. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
ngpms operates a Know Your Customer policy in line with responsible platform management. You may be required to complete a KYC verification process before withdrawals are processed. KYC documentation may include proof of identity, proof of address, and confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Processing times for KYC reviews are typically one to three business days.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ngpms platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ngpms supports the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be updated at ngpms's sole discretion.
4.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket typically clear within 30 seconds of confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect in your ngpms wallet balance.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallets are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals requiring manual review — including first-time withdrawals, large-value transactions, or those flagged for identity verification — may take up to 24 hours. ngpms reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.3 Payment Ownership
You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' wallets — are prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment source that does not match the account holder's identity may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.4 Currency and Fees
ngpms does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges. ngpms is not responsible for third-party fees. All transactions are denominated in BDT (৳).
5 Bonuses & Promotions
ngpms may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. General bonus principles are outlined below.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity period; bonus funds not wagered within this period will be removed from the account automatically.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically exploiting low-margin games to clear wagering requirements, or using automated betting strategies — is strictly prohibited. ngpms may void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and permanently close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
5.4 Seasonal Promotions
Special promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) season, Independence Day (March 26), Victory Day (December 16), and other cultural events are published on the ngpms platform during the relevant period. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and validity windows, which will be clearly stated at the time of publication.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the ngpms platform — including slots, live dealer casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules as published within each game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
6.1 Random Number Generation
All RNG-based casino games on ngpms use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and verified for fairness by the relevant game providers. Results are determined entirely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by ngpms, game providers, or any third party. ngpms does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 Live Dealer Games

Odds are dynamic and may change at any time before or during an event. ngpms reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or affected by circumstances outside the platform's control. Results are determined by official governing bodies (e.g., ICC, FIFA) whose decisions are final.
6.4 Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault during a game session, ngpms reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet. Any stake involved in a voided round due to a malfunction will be credited back to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably faulty game round are not guaranteed and may be withheld pending investigation.
7 User Obligations
As a registered user of the ngpms platform, you agree at all times to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal recreational purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information to ngpms at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent identity checks.
- Protect your account credentials and immediately notify ngpms support at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not use any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to defraud the platform or other players.
- Not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the ngpms platform's software, security features, or technical infrastructure.
- Not use the ngpms platform in any manner that could reasonably be construed as money laundering, fraud, or financing of unlawful activity.
- Treat other users, live dealers, and ngpms support staff with respect. Any abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at any person associated with the platform may result in immediate account suspension.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request closure of your ngpms account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, ngpms will confirm that no pending withdrawals, active bonus wagering requirements, or unresolved disputes remain on the account. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of the closure request being approved.
8.2 Involuntary Suspension or Termination
ngpms reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed underage gambling.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ngpms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ngpms platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Financial losses incurred as a result of placing wagers on the platform.
- Losses resulting from temporary platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical disruptions beyond ngpms's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from a delay in processing withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks).
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any consequential loss arising from a bet void due to a game malfunction or third-party data provider error in sports results.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud on the part of ngpms. In all other circumstances, ngpms's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the ngpms platform — including but not limited to the ngpms brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, written content, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ngpms or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ngpms platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from ngpms.app without prior written consent from ngpms.
Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective providers. ngpms holds the necessary licences to offer these games to registered users.
12 Amendments & Updates
ngpms reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
